Date: 2024-06-14 Text: First time using HVAC Demo after our AC quit in June. Tech arrived same day, diagnosed capacitor, had part on truck. Price was fair and he showed me the old part. House cool again by dinner. Will use again.
Date: 2024-05-02 Text: We've used HVAC Demo for yearly maintenance for 6 years. Always on time, same techs mostly, and they send reminder texts. This spring they tuned up both units and replaced a weak blower motor. No upsell pressure. I definately recommend them.

Date: 2024-04-08 Text: I was on a tight budget and they gave me a few options instead of pushing a full system replacement. Repaired the condenser fan for $280. Took a day to get the part, but AC works. Minus one star for the wait.
Date: 2024-08-27 Text: Premium experience from start to finish. We had them install a new Carrier two-stage system with a smart thermostat. Crew laid down floor protectors, cleaned up, and walked me through the settings. It was more expensive than other quotes, but the install quality is excellent.
Date: 2024-03-11 Text: Good honest work. The tech was friendly and explained why my heat pump was freezing up. Cost $340 for defrost board replacement. Only issue was the office gave me a 2-hour arrival window and he came near the end. I recieved a call when he was 20 minutes out.
Date: 2024-09-05 Text: Mixed feelings. The repair itself worked, but scheduling was a headache. I called Monday, they couldnt come until Thursday, then the tech was 90 minutes late with no call. Price was okay, around $220. Just wish communication was better.
Date: 2024-10-12 Text: These guys are the best. Our furnace died on a cold weekend and they came out Saturday night. Diagnosed a bad igniter, had it on the truck, and had heat back in under an hour. $195 total. Cant recommend enough.
Date: 2024-11-03 Text: Frustrated. I booked a tune-up for my rental property. The tech showed up 3 hours late, then said he needed to order a part and left without fixing anything. I still got charged a $89 diagnostic fee. After two calls, no manager callback. I wont use them again.
Date: 2024-12-15 Text: We've tried a few HVAC companies in Austin and this one stands out. They replaced our upstairs AC coil, added a surge protector, and balanced the airflow. Crew was polite, pricing was transparent, and they honored the quote. Five stars.
